Q: How do I shop from website?

Q: how to confirm my payment?
A: by send us your proof of payment to contactpercee@gmail.com or Whatsapp and LINE and we will help to check your payment manually.

Q: How do I get free shipping?
A:  If you are based in Jakarta, a minimum order of Rp 250.000 is required in order to obtain free (standard) shipping. If your total order is below Rp 250.000 or you're outside of Jakarta you will be charged for shipping fee based on your delivery area.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: it is based on when you make an order. it will take minimum 24 hours and maximum 24x3 hours. fast delivery is possible if you let us know in advance.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: For Indonesian based orders, it will take a maximum of 3 working days to reach your address, especially if you are based outside Java.
